Anxiously attached people often face intense, painful anxiety in relationships. Next you're overreacting, becoming clingy or demanding, which you don't want because it pushes them away, but you can't help it! My self-esteem is healthier and I can help myself when I fall into comparison. Overall I am more secure and have a much deeper understanding of myself. Life is better with less self criticism and starting unnecessary arguments

Since completing I definitely have increased self awareness. I now have a much greater idea of why the same negative patterns appear and have greater knowledge on how to spot them and move through them. I'm less reactive which was my main goal

I have LOVED Becoming Secure. I thought the lessons, exercises, self-enquiry questions and journal prompts were all SO worthwhile and helpful. I continue to revisit them throughout the weeks since the course. I have also really enjoyed the group nature of the course. It was very inspiring to communicate with others who are on a similar journey of self-love and following their fire! It was totally uplifting! Thank you Carly Ann :)
