This five-week live course is split into two phases. The first part of the course will give you the tools to reduce and manage the disruptive thinking patterns that hold you back. It will allow you to finally view yourself compassionately and positively (rather than listening to your inner-critic), so you can figure out who you are and not be afraid to be yourself. The second part of the course will challenge and reshape your behaviour, so you build a positive view of yourself through action and stepping out of your comfort zone. Youâll be held accountable to take the next steps you need and build the life you want. Â
This isnât about telling yourself to âlive, laugh, loveâ in the mirror, but enabling you to become your own self-esteem and confidence coach. Â
This course is for anyone who feels they might have lost themselves along the way, is sick of staying quiet and moulding themselves to what others need and wants to put the pep back in their step!

Taught in two stages, GLOW will give you proven therapeutic & coaching tools needed to create long term change and take action. Â

Phase 1: Challenge & Change Your Thoughts. Learn the techniques to reduce & manage critical and anxious thinking, and increase positive, balanced thinking.Â
Phase 2: Challenge & Change Your Behaviour. Build an evidence based positive view of yourself through action and stepping out of your comfort zone.Â
Module 1. SELF AWARENESS: The Foundations of Your Self-Esteem
Monday 8th April @ 7PM - 8.15PM GMT OR REPLAY.
Module 1 will provide a detailed overview of how self-esteem affects every area of your life, and what you can do to change it. By the end of week one, youâll understand your own triggers, thought processes and behaviours that keep you playing small and feeling inadequate.Â
Module 2. HUSH THE INNER CRITIC
Monday 15th April @ 7 PM - 8.15PM GMT OR REPLAY
Module 2 will introduce the techniques you need to manage and reduce negative, self-critical and anxious thinking patterns. No more hiding away and being horrible to yourself. This module can be a little emotional as we process our thinking patterns and beliefs but is crucial for any change going forward.Â
Module 3. INCREASING SELF APPRECIATION
Monday 22nd April @ 7PM - 8.15PM GMT OR REPLAY
Module 3 will introduce the techniques needed to increase balanced, compassionate thinking that celebrates who you are and enables you to move forward. Furthermore, you will have the space and time to dig deep into getting to know yourself and who you are. Implementing this work, youâll feel positive and energised.
Module 4. NAVIGATING YOUR NEXT LEVEL
Monday 29th April @ 7PM - 8.15PM GMT OR REPLAY
Module 4 focuses on taking action and adjusting any behaviour to align with what is best for you. This is about taking small (or large) positive steps that demonstrate self-love. Youâll also get clear on what lights you up, what depletes you and what you want to implement more of.
Module 5. EXPRESSING YOUR TRUE SELF
Monday 6th May @ 7PM - 8.15PMÂ
Weâre getting sassy in module 5! In our final workshop youâll be digging deeper into your assertive rights, as well as learning why saying no is crucial when it comes to self-esteem and self-worth. No more going with the flow, moulding yourself to what others want and being scared to speak up!Â

Whatâs the format of the course?Â
This is an online, live group course. It will be held on Zoom for each module. You will have access to recordings, videos, teachings, and all workbooks in your login area.

Do I need to attend live?Â
No, you donât - we know jobs and time zones can make things tricky! Once each module has been recorded live, you will have access to it to replay at any time.
Â
How much time do I need to set aside each week?Â
Youâll need a couple of hours a week to catch up on the recording and do the homework. If you fall behind on the exercises and life gets in the way, no worries as you will still have access to it and can return.

Is this course right for me?Â
Iâm going to be blunt and say that this course is NOT for you if:
âYou expect instant results with minimal/ no effort. This work is designed to make big shifts in your life. It requires commitment, consistency and stepping out of your comfort - no risk no reward.
â Youâre not prepared to rethink your attitude. To start this course, we need a positive attitude, or it does more harm than good, and it creates a horrible environment for the others on the course.
â You donât want to learn. A lot of the content on the course will be new to you, and most importantly, youâll be held VERY accountable for putting it into practice, but some of it you may have heard before. To get the best results you need to approach the course from a place of curiosity and with fresh ears and a growth mindset.

Caitlin | The Compatibility Coach is a life & love coach who works with people to change how love feels and create happy, healthy relationships, with themselves and others. As a former serial dater and relationship nightmare (and now a wife), it's Caitlin's mission to help women go from feeling (as she did at one point) unlovable, disempowered and desperate to meet someone, to irresistible and content.
Carly Ann | is a Somatic Attachment Coach & Trainee Psychotherapist who works with people to move from insecure towards secure attachment. Carly Ann focuses her coaching on healing the past, mastering self-soothing skills, and creating an inner world to can find and sustain healthy relationships.
