You are willing to join a small group where together you will face your past, lean in to discomfort, & break old cycles.
Maybe 1:1 coaching doesn't feel accessible or you're excited at the thought of doing this alongside fellow healers.
Whatever your personal reasons, Carly Ann has created a unique opportunity to be coached by her this February for 9 weeks.
Meet Carly Ann
I’m a Qualified Somatic Attachment Coach & LI Cognitive Behavioural Practitioner.
I specialise in supporting people to understand, interrupt, and reshape how they experience emotions, love, and their own self-esteem using the Attachment Theory focused therapy.
I have decided to offer a unique opportunity to a small group of people that are committed to healing their attachment wounds.

HEALING ATTACHMENT TRAUMA
Attachment trauma refers to the past pain that has left an imprint on you today.
The purpose of this group coaching programme is to support you through deeper healing that self-help isn't quite reaching.
This container is dedicated to healing the past so you need to feel open to deeper modalities to help you break free from repetitive attachment cycles.
This can include: Inner Child Work, Attachment meditations, & using somatic releasing techniques.
I would suggest you are at a stage where you are ready to explore your patterns, change your attraction, and choose something new.
You are going to get the most out of this if you have reached a point where you know something has to change.
Questions to help you decide if this is for you:

- Do you become preoccupied and anxious when you are dating or in a relationship with someone else?
- Is getting close to someone scary for you because you've been hurt before?

I have created a small group coaching container to support people that need more support for a lower price point.
CONTENT
The sessions will be a combination of check-in time, teaching, healing practice (e.g. inner child technique), and chance to ask questions.
Whilst I have outlined the sessions themes below, the content itself will take into consideration what your coaching group needs.

SESSION SIX: Your Personal Healing Plan
Create a step by step healing plan to meet your specific needs
DETAILS
Over 9 weeks, you will have 6 Coaching sessions with Carly Ann.
The first session will be a structured, attachment focused assessment where we get to untangle your main difficulties.
The feedback and support you receive in this session will influence the next 5 Coaching Calls. Whilst I have listed the themes of each session above, the exact structure will support you and your fellow healers.
The reason for this is because Carly Ann wants to support the people inside this Coaching Container.
DETAILS:
♡ 6x group zoom Sessions over 9 weeks (see the FAQ for length of sessions).
> 2 weeks on and 1 week of (integration week).
♡ During integration week there is a chance to voice note Carly Ann for one:one support
♡ Group support between sessions with your fellow healers.
♡ Access to PDFs, meditations, worksheets etc to support you.
RESULTS
I'm going to start as I mean to go on, I cannot make you any promises because I am an attachment Coach. It's my job to be a trustworthy figure in the life of those I work with, so I won't make you any promises about where you will be in 9 weeks.
However, I will tell you my beliefs, my intentions and then share what 6 of my previous clients have said (clients from group coaching programs).
My beliefs:
1. I believe fully in your ability to become secure if you practice what I coach you in this program
2. I believe there is huge, positive change that can come from group coaching that you haven't even imagined yet
3. I believe the modalities I am trained it are the key to healing attachment wounds and I believe they can help your core issues
My intentions:
1. My intentions for this group coaching is to listen to what you need and then use my skills, experience, and knowledge to create a course to suit you and your fellow healers
2. My intention is to steer away from a generalised group and create something unique for the individuals that sign up here
3. My intention is to help my 1:1 coaching feel more accessible by offering this opportunity

Group Work
♡ In this context it means working with and supporting a group of people that have a similar goal, pain, and challenge.
♡ I've been delivering group programs since I was 20 (I'm now 35). I can hand on heart tell you that people often come to a group finding it daunting and leave feeling so empowered.
I promise you, when I run groups, the number one bit of feedback is more about the group support than about me (haha!).
♡ Group work is a widely used intervention to support change and healing, it has many proven benefits.
