I'm the founder and host of The Attachment Recovery Gym!

This membership is FULL of the tools, stories, interventions, experts, and goodness that helped me reclaim my own life.

I have worked for over ten years providing psychological support to people with a range of difficulties.

By day, I work in mental health as a Trainee High-Intensity Psychotherapist, and the rest of the time, you will find me right here, coaching & mentoring people to feel more secure in life & love.

I specialise in supporting you to overcome anxious attachment. Clients come to me when they feel stuck, or their worry, mood, & self-esteem is becoming unmanageable.

My clients usually say that having a supportive space to process difficult feelings combined with an empowering method that helps them move towards the person they want to be and the relationship they desire.

My approach begins with the assumption that your secure self is within and is ready to lead; we just need to get to her.
