  • Building Skills for a Secure Self: If you struggle to self-soothe, find yourself stuck in repetitive patterns, or simply feel overwhelmed by your emotions, we're here to help. Our meet-up sessions are designed to empower you with practical strategies to strengthen your sense of security and navigate life's ups and downs with confidence.
  • Survival Tools for Crisis Episodes: We understand that love & life can throw some seriously painful and confusing curveballs your way. People with anxious attachment really struggle with that, so survival skills are needed - go-to resources like cutting ties, self-soothing, grounding techniques etc are on demand.
  • Community Support: Healing from anxious attachment is not a solo mission. Our community is made up of individuals who understand what you’re going through and are ready to support you every step of the way. Your host, Carly Ann has been where you are, hence she is on hand to offer support, answer your questions, create fun challenges, and hold a monthly Q&A meet-up.
  • Raise Your Vibration & Make Moves: People with anxious attachment tend to fluctuate in mood and get stuck. That's exactly why lots of the support and resources are aimed to lift your spirits and connect you with your goals.
