MY OWN INSECURITY
For the longest time, my anxious attachment style (+ avoidant tendencies) had me feeling so trapped in a cycle of obsession, worry, and emotional turmoil, especially in my dating life. I fell quick, and I feel hard - only to watch myself chase after people who couldn't see me, leaving my self-worth, dignity, and happiness on the floor.
In relationships, I struggled to self-soothe and trusting the process seemed impossible. It was a constant battle, a rollercoaster of highs and lows that left me exhausted and unfulfilled - Always so quick to jump to conclusions and expect the worst.
Heartbreak was undoubtedly the toughest part of my journey - it was a storm of emotions that left me shattered on the floor. I would become hyper-focused on someone, replaying every moment, every word, and constantly questioning what went wrong and how I could change to make them stay. No contact felt like an impossible feat, I longed for them and validation to fill the void within me. It was during these moments of despair that I knew the urgency of my healing and the need to break free from this cycle for good.
A MOMENT OF CLARITY
One day, I had a moment of clarity. I woke up to the fact that I didn't truly know my own worth. My self-esteem was at an all-time low, and after some deep soul-searching, I realized the source of my struggles—an anxious attachment style with avoidant tendencies.
The journey was tough, bumpy, and at times, lonely. There was so much information scattered across different places, but I craved support, motivation, and change. I was willing to do whatever it took to transform my life.
I came to understand that focusing on others and obsessing over them was not the way to heal. I needed to focus on myself, treat my emotional well-being like a gym, and exercise the skills that would help me become secure in my attachments.

Daily & Weekly Practices
A 15 minute daily routine that includes a combination of focusing, reviewing, & planning to help you connect with your Secure Self regularly. This class is especially useful if you have a recurring trigger, habit, and difficulty staying in the present. We will start with a 5 minute practice that supports regulation and building self-esteem, followed by completing the daily attachment diary.
Weekly Q&A & Wins
Each week Carly Ann will place a Q&A box in the community group, you are encouraged to use your voice and read other members' questions. It’s a chance to be coached and listened to.
