Many of us, find ourselves stuck in the same exhausting patterns. We compare ourselves endlessly to others, chase relationships that feel out of reach, we’re our own harshest critics (true?), always expecting the worst, and just bracing ourselves for disappointment.

These habits can feel like a trap we can’t escape.

But where do these patterns come from?

Well, they're not random. Often, they’re rooted in early experiences...messages we absorbed growing up, fears we never fully processed, or ways we learned to protect ourselves when life felt uncertain. These patterns became automatic, guiding our reactions every day, sometimes without us even realising it.
